Calendula 'Ivory Princess'
Calendula 'Ivory Princess'
Calendula officinalis
Unique soft colouring
Easy to grow blossoming through Winter,Spring, Summer and Autumn
We love ‘Ivory Princess’ for her soft buttercream colour which contrasts beautifully with the dark centre. The white, pastel yellow petals have a soft serrated edge some touched lightly with maroon, which make them look like ruffled nappy covers – the effect is just as cute.
‘Ivory Princess’ double flowers with tall stems, combine well with zinnias, celosia, cosmos, mignonette, crimson clover, Larkspur, and more. Their unique colouring, ease of growth and versatility make them a must have addition to cutting gardens.
Like all calendula, they are quick to flower, blossom through the Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn, combine well in bouquets and have a long vase life, but most importantly, they shine like little suns brightening any garden spot or event table and always bringing cheer. Loved by pollinators.
