At Transition Farm, we keep a laminated chart right by our seeding table and refer to it constantly. Let’s be honest: germination anxiety is real! That’s why we track days to emergence at the optimal temperature and light.

Our seed packets include this information, but we’ve found it’s easier to have one handy reference sheet when sowing.
