Piracicaba Broccoli An abundant producer of sweet flavoured, succulent side shoots. A bunching broccoli that is heat tolerant, enjoy a steady harvest of the sweetest stalks with a slight, large-beaded head
Little Finger Carrot Fast maturing, heirloom with a smooth skin, crisp texture, and a small, tender core. Great choice for baby carrots and growing in containers. In addition to all of its attributes, the taste is consistently sweet, in summer and winter.
Kalibos Cabbage Heirloom ‘Kalibos’ is an elegant magenta coloured, conical shaped cabbage with exceptional sweetness. In addition to flavour and ability to hold in the field through winter, the striking hot pink veins that glow in winter make ‘Kalibos’ a stunning addition to kitchen gardens.
Shanghai Green Bok Choy Forms a compact, tight head with succulent, wide white ribs and mild, juicy leaves. Can be harvested both as a miniature head or full size.
Winter Density Lettuce A wonderful workhorse of a lettuce that withstands both heat and frost. ‘Winter Density’ is a sweeter romaine, with an apple-like crunch, dark green, compact, delicate leaves and thinner ribs.
Slow Bolt Coriander Selected for flavour and bolt resistance, ‘Slow Bolt’ aromatic leaves add a burst of fresh flavour to salsa, guacamole, curries, sauces and seafood. Survives throughout the winter in Southern Victoria and can handle a slight frost!
