Selected for flavour and bolt resistance, ‘Slow Bolt’ aromatic leaves add a burst of fresh flavour to salsa, guacamole, curries, sauces and seafood.

Regionalised 6th generation seed bolted 11 days later in a 2022 summer ‘side by side’ trial against commercial varieties.

Works in a container. Once flowering, attracts beneficial insect.

Coriander thrives throughout the Winter in our Southern Victorian location. It is more apt to bolt quicker when the days are longest and in the heat of Summer. For continual leaf harvest, consecutive plantings can be done every 2-3 weeks.
