Cosmos are the most productive annual cut flowers in a border or the back of a veggie garden.  Attractive to beneficial insects and a range of pollinators, truly cut and come again, their foliage and flower adds whimsy and a carefree, summer feel waving in the breeze.  The flowers begin once the days begin to shorten and produce until Autumn. As a single variety in a vase, they have a delicate, summer, wildflower feel. And mixed into arrangements, they are a great filler combining well with a wide array of other blooms!

One of the easiest flowers to grow, they are perfect for beginners.  Seeds can be started indoors or direct sown.
