Cucumis sativus
- Lebanese style, "burpless" cucumber with tender skin
- Non-bitter - excellent fresh, cool, juicy flavour
- 15-20cm fruit
Lebanese style, burpless, tender skinned ‘Muncher’ is a crunchy 15-20cm cucumber with excellent, bitterless flavour. Ideal for eating straight from the garden, in salads and sandwiches, the plants are prolific and disease resistant.
We have improved this variety over the 2023-24 and 2024-25 growing season, ruthlessly rogue plants that were not productive or prone to disease. The seed produced early in the 24-25 growing season was tested again late in the season with much improved results. This is seed we are offering.
