In soft, dusty pinks, yellows and warm cream, with a perfect form filled with petals, ‘Coorabell Astrid’ is a pastel cut flower workhorse.

Blooming from early season through until first first, with a colour palette and shape which complements many other blooms, the large plant has a strong garden presence. Classed as a miniature decorative, the 100-120mm bloom with a glowing halo surrounding the darker centre and strong, long stems is a bouquet filler. ‘Coorabell Astrid’ is another wonderful show worthy dahlia bred by the Wedd family in northern New South Wales.

We’re proud to grow and share these beautiful Australian-bred dahlias, and in recognition of the many years of passion, patience and dedication that go into developing new cultivars, a royalty payment for each tuber sold is made to the Dahlia Society of Australia 'Research and Development'  which will be used initially to fund research into dahlia virus in Australia as per Steven Wedd's request.
