The lusciousness of a well-bred decorative dahlia is truly something everyone should experience in real life. Devon Salmon is one of those blooms that draws you in — a beautiful combination of soft, rich salmon that deepens towards the throat and intensifies towards the centre, with layer upon layer of petals that seem to cascade beautifully from the bloom. As the flowers mature, a soft cream hue develops through the petals, adding even more depth.

With long, strong stems and beautiful form, Devon Salmon is a wonderful cut flower and one we love growing.

Dahlias with the ‘Devon’ prefix were bred by Charles “Charlie” Smith of Devon Dahlias in Tasmania.
