I love miniature decorative dahlias, but this one really got me.

Florelie Toffee is a beautiful soft, creamy lemon-yellow with delicate blush-to-cranberry tones at the centre and a fine picotee of colour tracing the tips of each petal — almost like a little painted outline. No two blooms seem quite the same, with some leaning more lemon and others showing more of that lovely blush colouring.

That variation makes Florelie Toffee so easy to use in bouquets - effortlessly combining with soft pastels, warmer tones and brighter colour combinations, adding both colour and texture. A wonderful companion bloom!

And she is extremely productive. Florelie Toffee quickly earned her place in our cutting range, producing masses of flowers throughout the season. She's a little flower with plenty of personality and one we find ourselves reaching for again and again.

A firm favourite here on the farm — and with the florists and designers who have received our blooms.

Dahlias with the Florelie prefix have been bred by Lorelie Merton on Florelie, a specialty cut flower farm located in Bungaree, Victoria. In recognition of the years of dedication involved in developing beautiful cultivars, a royalty payment is made to Lorelie and the Florelie Farm with every tuber sold.
