Pure, cool white and beautifully ruffled, Florelie Whipped Cream is a wonderfully generous bloom with soft, wavy petals that give her plenty of movement and presence. And it is hard to not compare her to a Trufulla Tree from The Lorax.  People were drawn to her.

Her larger flowers are particularly useful when you want to add volume to a bouquet without introducing another colour. We loved her with other whites in our designer whites buckets, where the wavy petals brought a true soft and indulgent character.

Dahlias with the Florelie prefix have been bred by Lorelie Merton on Florelie, a specialty cut flower farm located in Bungaree, Victoria. In recognition of the years of dedication involved in developing beautiful cultivars, a royalty payment is made to Lorelie and the Florelie Farm with every tuber sold.
