With mostly double blooms ranging from deep burgundy to plum, many with frilled edges, ‘Peony Black Double’ is the black swan of the flower kingdom! The glaucous foliage combines with the showy blossoms and the decorative seed heads making a spectacular late spring garden display.

Poppies fill the void between spring bulbs and fruit tree blossoms and warm season flowers. Their decorative seed pods, left after the flower petals have fallen, are a feature in all season arrangements. Seed is easily saved and will self seed readily if the pods are left. Seed is edible- poppy seeds are small black decorative seeds used on bread and other baked goods.
