Sweet Pea 'Almost Black'

‘Almost Black’ is a very dark navy-violet/maroon summer flowering sweet pea. With 5-6 flowers per stem, a long stem length and a strong, sweet scent, this modern grandiflora is the darkest sweet pea we grow and very productive. The colour varies in the light. Great for cut flowers.

Modern Grandiflora varieties have been developed that combine the stability and fragrance of the “old-fashioned” varieties, with the Spencer longer stems and larger flowers. ‘Almost Black’ requires 12 hours of daylight to flower.
